Mathilde Chamussy

Mathilde Chamussy is an interdisciplinary creative who holds a Bachelor's Degree in Film Animation at
the Mel Hoppenheim School of Cinema. Her strength in design is apparent in her body of work, with
shorts completed in After Effects, Premiere, Maya and the digital drawing animation program, TVPaint.
During her studies, Mathilde has been a part of both independent and group animation projects. She also
holds experience as a production coordinator, a role facilitated by her team spirit and eagerness to
encourage smooth cooperation. Her command over both the English and French language has been a beneficial
tool in allowing for a smooth collaboration effort, as well as her eager and committed attitude.

La Mort N'existe Pas
2D Animation, Shadows and Light.
La Nort N'existe Pas is a 72 minute animated feature film directed by Félix Dufour-Laperrière. After a failed armed attack on wealthy landowners, Hélène flees into the forest and is haunted by Manon, her friend and accomplice. In a valley of metamorphoses and upheavals, Hélène must revisit her convictions, her choices, and their consequences.
Adam Change Lentement
Compositing work.
Adam Change Lentement is a 96 minute animated feature film directed by Joël Vaudeuil. Adam is a 15-year-old whose body changes in response to teasing and negative comments. The summer his grandmother dies, he must navigate the torments of teenage life.
Fly Over Canada
2D Animation Assistance.
Fly Over Canada is an intro experience created by Moment Factory to build anticipation for Fly Over Canada's multi-sensory ride. Designed to complement the visually stunning main attraction without competing with it.

Peau d'âne is an 11 minute short: a modern adaptation of the French fairy tale. A princess must escape a twisted fate with the help of her fairy godmother.

Director & Animator. A 1:45 minute tribute to Don “Campbellock” Campbell, founder of the Campbellocking dance.

Animator. Kitty and the Viper is a 2D opening sequence for John-Daniel Arauz's short film.
